Lost shipments with the eIS system - international shipping program
The system is outrageous! I’ve already had two shipments go missing in this system, and now most likely a third, because time is passing and there’s no progress in tracking. What good is it that eBay will refund the money two months after the purchase? I bought items and someone stole them, and this keeps happening and is supposed to keep happening? No explanations, no apologies, and no actions to protect shipments - outrageous! Let eBay offer other delivery options from the USA, because with other carriers shipments don’t go missing.
