Blocking an account on eBay

Good morning,
eBay.de has blocked our account, claiming that the address is invalid.
Our address is valid and matches the documents submitted by the tax office.
I am getting conflicting information from the consultants – one moment they say the address is correct, and the next that it isn’t. The same goes for the VAT ID number – first it is considered valid, then not.
We ship goods from Poland, we have VAT EU and participate in OSS (One Stop Shop). Contacting eBay is practically impossible – we end up with consultants who don’t know much and give different answers every time.
Is there anyone who can help us get in touch with an eBay agent who can actually help unblock the account?
