Hi,
Has anyone of you dealt with a problem like this?
"Your payouts are blocked while we review your account. This is a routine process intended to ensure the security of your account, and it takes up to 6 business days. We will send you an email if we need more information."
It was supposed to take 6 business days, and it has already been over 2 weeks. I’ve written to support three times... each time I get the information that everything is fine, that I should wait a few more days...
I’ve been selling on Ebay for 8 years and for the first time I had to use vacation mode and hide my listings...

I’d say that the mere fact of having your account blocked under the pretext of checking is normal, because they do that to us about once a year on average. The longest block lasted about 2 weeks. That was right before Christmas in 2021. It’s a nightmare, I know, but there’s nothing else to do but do what they ask and wait. It doesn’t hurt to send a message every now and then saying “**bleep**?” ;).
