Blocked account HELP

Hi,
I have a serious problem. I've been using the account for years, 100% positive feedback. During COVID, I wasn't selling, and now I wanted to resume selling. I saw that my account was blocked. I thought it was because of inactive cards - I updated them. Ebay, might take a commission. Unfortunately, still nothing. Emails remain unanswered. One was answered by a woman (not sure if it's not AI), where it was written that my account was blocked in the interest of the community because it might have been dangerous 🙂 Unfortunately, they cannot provide me with details 🙂 What can I do?
