shipping outside the EU, return and customs
Hi, I've already received several letters from the post office saying that my goods have been returned and need to be cleared through customs, and they can't do it. I should add that these are Warhammer figurines and they cost around 25 USD. What now and how much does customs clearance cost? Is it even worth doing? Not only does the customer not get the goods, but I don't have them either. And this started happening more or less this year.

·2 years agoSend them proof of purchase, e.g. a receipt, invoice, printed auction listing, or PayPal transaction

·2 years agoFor return shipments from outside the EU, VAT applies plus a SAD fee for customs clearance.
