Shipping sold goods as a company
Good morning,
What are the customs formalities (shipping) when I want to send sold goods as a company, e.g. to the USA? Are there any customs formalities at all, etc.? As a private individual, I just sent a package.

·2 years agoIt doesn’t matter who sends it, only whether it falls under export, i.e. large quantities at once or over a certain period of time, e.g. a shoe factory exports footwear outside the EU in the amount of 10,000 pairs every month. Then it should proceed as follows

You, however, as a seller on eBay (or another platform, or, for example, privately initiated without a platform), do not fall under the definition of export and, simply, send the package as you did as a private person. Unless you are sending works of art, especially those created before 1945, or excise goods, precious metals, jewelry, etc. You can obtain the list by contacting the Ministry of Finance through their website, where you will find customs regulations.
Summa summarum: sell, and when you sell, ship it and don’t worry. Any border charges are paid by the recipient, not you. Good luck!
