Good morning. I created an account and sold an item. The buyer received the item a week ago, and the day before yesterday confirmed that everything is ok. I have a problem receiving the payout.
I have already sent a bank statement twice and my account still cannot receive payments.
I sent the bank statement again today (mBank) and the following message appeared: "After this process is completed, any payout hold notifications will disappear, provided that you do not have any other issues with the account." however, I’m afraid it will be the same again. Is manual approval possible? Is there any way for me to receive my money?

·2 years agoThis is outright fraud, I’m in a similar situation, I have a sold item, there’s no way to withdraw, the red bar says the account is blocked, when registering I provided all the data, I won’t send scans of documents and an account statement a second time, The question is whether anyone has managed to unblock their account on Eby.pl
and in my case if I sell a more expensive item, then potentially someone gets rich but not me.
Doesn’t it make you wonder that on Eby.pl there is no messenger, someone is messing around here, some Head of the Poland department, maybeee he is in debt and is laughing at us sellers, a case for the Police.
