Withdrawal of funds from eBay - does the customer have to confirm?
Hi!!! if the customer transfers the funds through eBay, do they still have to kind of “confirm” that the package arrived and only then will they transfer the money to my account? or after payment through eBay can I withdraw the funds whenever I want and they’ll arrive within 1-2 days? I’m asking in terms of abuse by the customer, they can always write that the item didn’t arrive and they won’t release the funds for me 🙂 Waiting for a reply, have a nice day

·2 years agodoesn't have to confirm. eBay will transfer the funds at the agreed time (as you marked for them: daily or weekly). If, however, he opens a dispute, eBay will take the necessary amount from that bank account of yours needed sum.

·2 years agoit has changed. The money is blocked until the customer receives the package with the item. In general, the money is automatically unblocked and paid out to your account after proving (confirming) that the package has reached the customer - the buyer (Dhl .de ) within 1-2 business days .

·3 years agoWhen setting up an eBay account, you need to choose how often transfers will be made, so if the buyer pays today, the money will be in the bank tomorrow already. Transfers are not dependent on the parcel delivery date.

·3 years agoThe money will be available to you as soon as the buyer pays and eBay transfers it to your bank account, which it even does daily, depending on how you set it up, because it can also do it weekly.
However, if the buyer opens a dispute when the package doesn’t arrive or when the contents don’t match the description, eBay will deduct the amount due to the buyer from your eBay account, and if there isn’t enough there, from your bank account.
