eBay payouts to the account

Good morning, I have a bit of a problem with payouts from eBay for sold goods. In July, a new policy came into effect regarding payouts: 3 days after delivery, the funds are supposed to be transferred. Unfortunately, my shipping company is not connected to their system, and as the eBay supervisor told me, I have to send them a manual email so they can check it. I did that, etc., but unfortunately for a week practically nothing has changed... I get different answers from every other employee.... Does anyone have a similar problem with payouts right now? I'm tempted to file a complaint about all of this; I live off this, and I won't hide it, but you can't keep waiting for money for an item that sold a month ago.. if anyone has a similar problem, please let me know, best regards

I sometimes list something here, but it always ends up meaning problems.
