Bank account verification

Good morning. I have a problem with verifying my bank account, which means I can’t start selling. I tried entering 2 different IBAN numbers (both belong to me, they’re just in different currencies), and each time the message appears: "we couldn't verify your bank account". Does anyone know how to deal with this? Thanks in advance for your help.
