Hey, how do you improve your immunity?

do you have any effective remedies to strengthen it? My kids are constantly getting sick

What we take:

Goat colostrum

Vitamin D (but we check the level) - now they take 6,000 units + K2

Black seed in tablets

Vitamin B50 three times a week.

But they take all this because I take it and somehow

It’s just that the kids really don’t get sick.

They both had chickenpox three years ago

And stomach flu once.
