removal by eBay of auctions using a trademark registered by me in the title
Hello,
I have registered the name of one of my products. Competitors are constantly putting its name in auction titles and descriptions. How and where can I report these auctions, since they are not responding to my requests?

·2 years agoReport them to eBay. There’s a link to do that with every auction.
But.... sue them. Figure out for how much they sold it using your name (you can estimate the average from the comments).
If the amount is significant, get a lawyer interested in the case.
The first step is a letter to them, polite, asking them to stop.
