Permanent account suspension
Hello, 3 days ago I received information that withdrawals are blocked and the account is functionally restricted. After trying to get in touch, I was informed that my account has been permanently blocked, and if I have other accounts, those will also be blocked. I can’t find out the reasons because no one clearly writes why this happened. What’s going on? I reply to customers’ messages, I send the goods. The best part is that 16 shipments are on the way to the recipients, and the option to withdraw funds has been blocked for me.

This is blatant fraud, I’m in a similar situation — I have a sold item, there’s no option to withdraw funds, the red bar says the account is blocked, when registering I provided all my details, scans of documents and a bank statement, I won’t send them again. The question is whether anyone has managed to unblock an account on Eby.pl
and in my case, if I sell a more expensive item, then potentially someone will get rich, but not me.
Doesn’t it make you wonder that there’s no messenger on Eby.pl, someone here is pulling some shady stuff, some Poland department manager, maaaybe they’re in debt and laughing at us sellers, this is a case for the police.
