Selling on ebay.de from a private account

Hello,

I want to start selling on ebay.de as a Polish registered company with a Polish NIP. Can I do this from a private account? What does the tax situation look like then? Can I normally include a receipt with each transaction, or is an invoice required because of international shipping? Or is it necessary in this case to set up a company in Germany, and if so, what happens if I don’t have a German address?

Before you start selling, read the threads on forum.ebay carefully and with understanding — ebay is not an alternative to alledrogo, it's worse than you think.
