I sell products on eBay as a business. I have an integration with BL. What about f-rms?

I sell products on eBay as a business. We use OSS (shipping from PL to DE). We have an integration with BL, where we fulfill orders. A few questions related to invoices:

1. Can the buyer be a company? How should VAT be settled?

2. Should we email the customer, whether an individual/company, an invoice (I know the BL integration with eBay does not provide for passing on invoices)?

1. the buyer may be a company. VAT is collected by Ebay from the buyer according to the delivery address.

2. you shouldn't. the buyer will print out whatever they need from Ebay themselves

And how do I assign the correct VAT on eBay, because on every invoice on eBay it shows 0%
