Item from Germany from a private seller, and VAT
I bought an item for my own use from a private seller in Germany for 37 euros including shipping. When I receive it, will I be required to pay VAT as well?

·1 year agoThere should be no fees, shipments within the EU are exempt from fees except for certain groups of goods (alcohol, tobacco). Recently I ordered candles from an online store and DHL delivered them without any fees.
