Hello
Unfortunately, allegro has really gotten under my skin lately, and I decided to change something.
Dear Forum Members, I would like to open an online store on the English eBay. After going through a few threads on the forum, I noticed that on our domestic eBay it is not worth opening a store.
I need a few clarifications on this matter.
I run a business and I’m on a lump-sum tax, I have a fiscal cash register and I’m not on any VAT.
1.How should shipping sales be recorded if I set up - I have set up a store on eBay.co.uk. Can I ring it up on the cash register in zlotys?
2. What is definitely better, registered economy mail or registered priority mail - my shipments will be small in size, so parcels are out of the question.
3. If I transfer money from PayPal to my account, should I make any printouts that will serve as backup, or is it enough that I settle it based on what I rang up on the cash register
4. What is the situation with foreign VAT, does it apply to me or not, what are its regulations
Thank you in advance for your help, I hope someone will provide me with information

·2 years agoI’ll bump this old topic so I don’t have to open a new one.
Dear folks, please tell me, do you have cash registers or not?? I’ve been digging into this topic for some time now, and some people say I’ll have to have a cash register, others say I won’t. Selling over the Internet supposedly is exempt from the obligation to have a cash register, but one of the conditions is bothering me. It says that from the payment that goes into the bank account, it has to be clear exactly what the payment is for and from whom. And that’s where things get complicated, because payments from eBay don’t really tell you much. In some guide they wrote, however, that the invoice we issue for each transaction is sufficient proof.
And I’m still clueless...
Have a nice afternoon

·2 years agoDear all, I've been on alledrogo for over 20 years, I was on ebay for a few years but I haven't sold here for over 12 years, but reading the forum I can see I did the right thing by giving it up because nothing has changed here for the better for sellers, just like on alledrogo, so save yourself the trouble because there won't be any big money here either. That's the honest truth.
