Problem with saving international shipping (Europe/EU) – DHL settings reset in the offer

I have a problem while listing an offer and setting up international shipping. In the “International shipping” section, I add the DHL service with a cost of 50 zł (paid by the buyer). Then I try to choose “Destination” and set Europe / the European Union as the shipping region.
After clicking the “European Union” option, the system briefly loads the setting, but then the selection gets deselected and the field remains empty. I can’t save the international shipping settings – it looks like the system is rejecting the region selection.
I tried removing and adding the DHL service again, changing the cost settings, and refreshing the page, but the problem still occurs.
I can’t correctly restrict shipping to Europe or save the international shipping settings in the offer.
