Problem with company data verification
For over a week now I’ve been trying to verify my business account details. Unfortunately, the company details and payment details keep getting rejected by eBay, even though they are correct. The company has been on the Polish market for over 20 years and I’m providing all the details exactly as they are in the KRS. The company is a joint-stock company and I’ve been trying to enter the company name together with "S.A.," "Spółka Akcyjna," "SA" and nothing works. The bank statement I’m sending is also being rejected even though it is correct. Has anyone had a similar problem?

·2 years agoI have the same thing, except it’s been going on for over a month.
All the details match, and the statement and proof and company details do too, but there’s always something.
A few times I even got an email saying the details were already correct and the account was active, but an hour later another one saying something was still wrong....
I’m sending a PDF with a statement from my Polish bank account, and now they want me to send a statement with the IBAN.
I generated it, but my bank account statement with the IBAN number is in a STA extension. Of course, the eBay form doesn’t accept that extension, and now I have a problem converting the STA file to PDF or JPG.
Does anyone have any solution?
