Problem with verifying company data

I signed up as a seller, but I'm having problems verifying my company details.
It's about the beneficiary structure. The sole beneficiary is the parent company. Unfortunately, the eBay form doesn't allow for that option. I've been in touch with support for a month now, but they still can't find a solution. They asked me to identify the beneficiaries of the parent company, but none of the shareholders owns more than 25%.
Does anyone have a similar structure and would be willing to tell me how they solved this problem?
