Package from Pitney Bowes/dpd
Hey, I ordered a package from the UK via eBay shipping. The package is going through Pitney Bowes and on the tracking I have the status arrived at carrier facility, however no country or city is given. The package to Poland will be delivered by DPD because a tracking number showed up in the app, but when I enter it on DPD's foreign sites the tracking doesn't work. Customs clearance was completed successfully. Is this normal if the package has supposedly arrived at their facility? Thanks
