Hello. Has eBay’s payout policy changed for businesses?
Since October last year, all orders received through eBay are automatically held “ON-HOLD”. I don’t receive the money until the package has been delivered. It used to be that the money was available immediately after payment was received.
Am I the only one having this problem?
It’s a bit annoying, not to mention that eBay doesn’t recognize some tracking numbers and you have to chase up the money even though the package has already been delivered.
