For some reason, a dispute was opened for a shipment that reached the buyer a long time ago. The buyer is happy with the purchase and nothing is happening.

After contacting customer service, I learned that the dispute was opened by the buyer's payment institution and I have to wait for it to resolve it. What's going on here? In the 14 years since I started selling on Ebay, this is the first time something like this has happened
