Fees for listing an offer

I'm a new seller on eBay (business account) and I'd like to verify the cost issue. So far I've listed several dozen items, and I can see that eBay charges 1.85 PLN to list one item. A month has passed since the listings were posted and it turns out that eBay charged another 1.85 PLN for each listing - my mistake, I didn't read that the fee is charged every month! I don't have any eBay Store subscription.
Question: If I buy, for example, the "Small Store" that has 400 free listings per month, will every listing I already have up still reduce that 400-listing allowance every month? Or is that a 400-free-listing allowance for completely new listings that I can post?

·2 years agoI’ll chime in with a question. How is this limit counted? I mean, if I list one offer with a quantity of 15 pieces of a given item, does Ebay deduct one or fifteen from my 400 free listings?

·2 years agothis will be counted as one listing when it comes to the monthly limit of free listings, but for sales limits they’ll count 15 items along with their value.

·2 years agoThe first 150 auctions should be free. But it seems something has changed because it was 200 auctions not long ago.
Small store; 89 PLN per month and the first 250 auctions per month free.
Only the listing fee is waived. Any additional options are paid. Please note that the fee for options is carried over each month during automatic auction renewal,

·2 years agoI checked the price list: they charge 1.10 to 2 PLN for each listing from a business account.
