Regulatory fee from April 8.
Could someone reassure me (or not) and shed some light on the new regulatory fee? Will it apply only to offers that actually sell, or also to those listed? I have several hundred listings and I'm worried that this fee may be charged when an auction is posted after the monthly limit is used up, and that it will also apply to auto-renewing listings, which would probably be disadvantageous...
