New to eBay - Fear of being scammed

Hello,
Ever since I opened my first store, I’ve avoided eBay like the plague. Mainly because I was afraid of chargeback fraud from buyers (I sell digital products). But recently I decided to take the plunge and set up an account for my new game key store.
After listing the first few auctions, I got a buyer who, surprisingly, immediately bought 3 expensive games.
Then I received positive feedback from him, but the next day he came back for more, and now it’s the third day and he’s still buying something. The situation might not seem so strange if he hadn’t just bought the same game he bought at the beginning...
To be honest, it’s not very often that someone buys the same game twice, so I’m assuming he’s preparing to reverse those payments, and he’s just collecting these digital products and reselling them (though I could be wrong)
And that brings me to my question.
Can I protect myself somehow against fraud on his part? Put some limits on buyers or something

Even after a few months, they report it and will receive refunds.

They claim it’s the decision of the banking institution, which they have to respect

·1 year agoThe seller is at a disadvantage, unfortunately, and defending against dishonest buyers is impossible or very difficult.
what the seller can do:
not sell to users with low standing
not sell to countries at higher risk
not sell anything they can’t afford to lose
set delivery time with a safety margin
ship only with tracking number
