It’s a tool that integrates employee evaluation with company and personal goals, as well as with a bonus calculator. Thanks to this, we take a holistic approach to employee development. It’s important that the questions in such an assessment are precise and encourage reflection. It’s also good when employees have the opportunity for self-assessment, which increases their engagement in the process. Regular feedback meetings also work well, because they make it possible to discuss progress and any difficulties on an ongoing basis.
