hello, I have a problem with verifying my bank account. I’m getting the feedback message shown below.

·2 years agoI have exactly the same problem and unfortunately, no bank, and certainly not e.g. mBank, will provide such a statement as eBay expects (e.g. it doesn’t include a home address)
Besides, these demands are illegal - by sending them a statement with full transactions, we are violating GDPR (because we provide data of other entities not related to the transaction), we are violating bank secrecy, and we are tampering with a document sent by the bank (i.e. a PDF that has to be anonymized) I don’t really understand why the company is making us get ourselves into criminal trouble. Any audit will uncover it and there will be problems.
I was robbed with white gloves.

·2 years agoI have exactly the same thing. I tried three accounts, none of them matches. I sent them a bank statement - that was wrong too. I've been trying to get verified for 3 weeks and silence. Today I'm writing to support because this is some unfunny joke.
