I'm having trouble receiving packages in Poland.

They always send without contact details, which means the couriers have no way to get in touch with me. Just to be clear, I have all my details entered correctly and I always double-check them with the seller (phone number and email), and they even send proof that everything is on the label. Even so, when the package reaches Poland, problems start with picking it up.

Does anyone else have situations like this? I’ve already had two DHL packages at Żabka, but without a PIN code, so I couldn’t collect them. Now I have a package from France that’s stuck in a loop of failed delivery attempts because I work 5 days a week and have no way to pick it up. I have no idea how to collect it at all.

Does anyone know who handles international shipments from France in Poland? Because Poczta Polska probably doesn’t; I was at their branch, they checked by surname and they don’t have any package.
