eBay limits and store subscription

Hi. I have a question. Currently I have a limit of 50,000 items or 2 million złoty per month. I also have a shop subscription for 1000 Buy Now auctions and 250 auction-style listings. How does that work? If I reach the 1000 limit, do I pay for every additional one even though I have 50,000. Logically, the 1000 limit is only for auctions, and 50,000 is only for items?
