DPD courier (for sellers)
I sent the parcel through the eBay shipping manager. I chose DPD, the book a courier option. After spending the whole day waiting for the courier (I selected the date, entered the address, everything), I called the DPD helpline and found out that the courier had never actually been ordered and that I should try to send the parcel myself. Has anyone had something similar?
