The buyer requested a refund and sent photos of a damaged different item.
Summary: In the discussion, kujakub_16 raises an issue related to a buyer who requested a return and sent photos of a damaged item that did not match the order. guangxi_hone responds to the situation, but the details of the conversation are unclear because all the posts contain missing content.
Good morning.
The buyer requested a return of the item because the item is damaged.
He attached photos of a different damaged item (the back of the card without the front) showing that the item is some old one and the damage is old too. The item I sent was almost like new. I asked for photos from the front as well. Before packing, I took several photos of myself packing the item. Shipping, of course, abroad to Croatia.
What should be done in such situations? How do I file a claim or do something on my side?
