Categories that allow listing with versions

Good morning

I tried to list an item with versions, but I can't. Apparently, you can't do it in all categories.

And so the question is, in the Model Making category can you list a version of a given product, and where can I find a list of the categories where you can do that?

Strange because other versions of eBay have that option in my category. I thought I just couldn’t find it.

The software of the individual eBay portals in each country is a bit different, with eBay.com being, I notice, sort of the template from which the others are translated into the individual languages. So if eBay.com doesn't offer something, then even more so it's not on another one, but... you never know.

So let me ask which versions of eBay have variations in the model making category?

You discovered yourself that in model making there is no option to sell versions. EBay does not specify which categories, at least I haven't found a list with them, offer such an option. In the help they write: “some” …

here are a few that have the option:

Clothing, Shoes and Accessories - You can sell different sizes and colors of clothes, shoes, and accessories.
Electronics - Selling different models and versions of electronic devices, such as phones, laptops, or accessories.
Home and Garden - Different variants of furniture, garden tools, or decorations.
Health and Beauty - Cosmetics, dietary supplements, and other products in different versions.
Toys and Games - Different editions of games, building block sets, or figurines.
