How to start selling on Ebay.de DG flat-rate tax
Summary: The discussion concerned starting sales on Ebay.de as part of a business activity using a lump-sum tax scheme. However, the lack of detailed information in the posts does not allow for a deeper analysis of the topic.
Hi, I’m on a lump-sum tax rate of 8% and I’d like to start selling on ebay.de. The business is used furniture. I have a few questions for experienced users.
1. Do I have to register for VAT-EU, NIP-EU
2. Can the shipping location be from Poland?
3. Do I need a cash register? In Poland there’s a limit of around 20k PLN when issuing an invoice for a private person. How does it work in the case of selling in Germany?
4. Do I need to take care of any official matters related to selling? (a license for my own packaging, or registering some sort of permit to sell within the EU with an office)

2. The shipping location can be in Poland.
3. You don't have to have a cash register.
4. You don't need any special permit to sell to EU countries. After all, that's what the EU is for 🙂
I'm not talking here, of course, about special goods.
