How do I add a bank account number on eBay. All the advice I found doesn’t match what I see in my tabs. My eBay> payments, I have 2 cards linked and I can’t add an account number. Where can I find all this? So far I’ve only been buying, and now I want to sell something. Where is that panel where you can set the payout frequency, etc...
