ebay.de and EU VAT verification

Good morning, maybe some of you have come across a similar problem, namely being restricted from selling in Germany due to a lack of VAT verification. Even though all the details match the ones registered. Correct EU VAT ID, correct address, although the format of that address doesn’t match, i.e. in my case on VIES it is City, Street, postal code, post town. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to enter it in that form, and on top of that the service also appends the voivodeship before the post office. And technical support is brushing me off and pretending there’s no problem.
