Ebay - thieves don't want to give back the money

Hello, I have a huge problem with ebay. Has anyone had a similar problem..
For over a month now ebay has stopped paying us our money. It has blocked a huge amount of money and in no way wants to return it. The same thing keeps being sent by a bot. That is, to submit documents. All documents have been sent, including a driver's license, passport, purchase agreements, invoices, electricity bills, bank statements. Literally EVERYTHING!! . Some bot keeps replying the same thing over and over, saying they apologize for the inconvenience etc, but asking to send documents, etc. Has anyone had a similar problem? Can anyone advise who to turn to? How do you fight this crap?
