Hello,
2 weeks ago the buyer opened a return for an item that allegedly wasn’t like the photos, which is a lie because I always check everything carefully before shipping.
Ebay told the buyer to send proof by yesterday, he didn’t send it, today I got an email saying that the case was decided in the buyer’s favor and they immediately refunded him the money and didn’t tell him to send the item back to me, because supposedly the buyer sent them proof that my item wasn’t original. I haven’t seen this proof anywhere, he never sent me anything, there’s nothing in the return case either.... So that’s how ebay gave him 65 euros from my account, I have neither the money nor the item... A tragedy
Can I do anything about it? My appeal was denied...
