Please help me because I’m out of strength to figure out how to resolve this matter.
I sold three computers through eBay, and suddenly they came up with an account block. It turned out that supposedly there had once been an account in my name and that I’m not allowed to sell, which is not true. Two computers arrived, everything’s fine, I have responses from the buyers saying everything is fine. There was a problem with one of them: the courier delivered it to a neighbor. The buyer filed a dispute on February 13, I replied that I would report it to DHL and we would find a solution. The next day I gave the buyer the first and last name of the person who received the parcel, and it turned out to be the neighbor. On February 14 he confirmed this to me in a message, I have photos showing that the computer is with him, he sent them to me. And on February 16 eBay closes the dispute, taking 550 euros from me and refunding the buyer. I file an appeal, and they say I didn’t provide tracking so they refunded the buyer for the computer. I send them correspondence, confirmation from the buyer that he has the computer, and they say they stand by their decision. Which is one big joke. Additionally, I should mention that I wrote about this tracking issue, why it doesn’t update when I add the tracking number in eBay from DHL I got a reply that it is not integrated with the service and if I had received a warning about delayed shipping then I should write and they would remove it. Every now and then a different person replies to me, each time with even bigger nonsense. I’m waiting for payment for the other two computers, and the nice lady from support, in response to my appeal of the dispute, writes to me that the funds will be delayed for 170 days or longer ( longer means how much, a year, two, three ). I intend to report the case to the police, which probably won’t do anything. Is there any contact to anyone from eBay support in Poland with whom I can clarify this situation, instead of a different person replying to me every time completely off topic. And I can’t open a new topic because they’ve blocked my ability to contact support like that. I recommend eBay to everyone: 10% commission and you won’t see the money from the sale

·2 years agoHello.Drink water......These have been the practices used by ebay and paypal for years, no matter what you send them in your defense, they will still treat you like a fraud. A waste of nerves and time, only desperates trade on ebay and that Alle crap, adding to the business or retirees trying to make a bit extra.......
