eBay refuses to verify the bank account :(

I’ll start by saying that if I had known how complicated Ebay is, I would never have decided to sell anything here 😞
After many mishaps, I managed to create an account to sell a few magazines about wargames and Nintendo games.
When I sold my first magazine, out of nowhere Ebay verification tasks for identity and bank account appeared. That in itself is unfair because it happened after the sale, not before; they already have my money and now I can’t withdraw it 😞
For a month now I’ve been providing my IBAN account for ING bank and they are not accepting this information 😞 I don’t know what to do 😞
There is also the option of a bank statement, but they want it in color and I only have it in black and white 😞
I read that I can use microdeposits, but I can’t find that option anywhere?
I really regret choosing Ebay—I only lost a valuable magazine and I have no way to get my money back 😞
I don’t know what else I can do....

Ebay still doesn't want to verify the account with ING and is holding my money.
Considering that they requested verification after the sale and not before, I can only describe such behavior as premeditated theft....

·2 years agoWrite to eBay support. In PKO BP, you also can't generate the confirmation in color. It clearly says how it is. There is no such technical possibility, period. That worked for me.
