Hello,
I need advice on what to do to raise the service status..
It is lowered the most by Defect rate 7.96% 9 of 113 transactions.
This happened because of account and sales setup and the lack of synchronization of stock levels with the warehouse.
Because of that, items got sold that were already physically in stock at the warehouse..
After some time, will eBay stop counting these items toward the average, or will it still be visible in the results all the time?
If it keeps taking them into account, what should I do to improve this status even a little?

·2 years agoThey review the sales results monthly, so it can take a few months, of course provided that those results are better. The list is long; try to meet as many of its points as possible, ideally all of them, and then you just have to wait and see what time shows
