·1 year agoTo open a business account on Polish eBay, it is not necessary to have a registered business. You can open a business account if you plan to sell large quantities of goods or represent a charitable organization .
However, having a registered business can be beneficial because it makes managing finances easier and ensures greater transparency of transactions

- first and last name, address, phone number, and email address;

- if the seller is registered in a commercial register or similar public register, the commercial register in which the seller is registered, and the registration number or equivalent means of identification in that register; and
- the seller’s commitment to offer only products or services that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
