Hello.
I sold several expensive items from my collection on ebay.de.
I haven’t exceeded the limit of 30 transactions, but I have already easily exceeded the 2,000 euro limit.
And now the question is as follows ... I live in Poland and Poland has not implemented the directive ... so is the information supposed to go to the Polish Tax Office? Of course I’ll include the sale in my PIT return for peace of mind, even though these are collectibles I’ve owned for many years... but since I sold them on German eBay, will I have to settle up with the German tax office?
I’m being flooded with thousands of conflicting pieces of information, from the fact that they can’t report to a country where the directive doesn’t apply to... the need to settle taxes in the country where you sold, as in my case ebay.de... informational chaos... does anyone know anything? I’d most like a comment from an employee.

·2 years agoHow do you know she didn't implement it? I read somewhere recently that data for Poland will be sent from Germany.

OP2 years agook so it's clear that I settle accounts with the Polish tax office, so that's fine. And what about this DAC7 directive? I wasn't asked for any additional information or anything and the fact that Poland has not implemented the directive yet...

·2 years agoeBay reports the seller to the IRS in his country of residence regardless of which country eBay sold in.
So you’ll settle it on your PIT with the Polish tax office.
