When selling to the UK, do you need to be registered for VAT OSS?

If I’m only selling goods to the UK and shipping them with customs clearance, do I have to register for VAT OSS ??
I sell clothing, and after the VAT OSS law came into force, I had to suspend sales within Europe.
Is there anyone here who uses such a solution ??
