·2 years agoIt's hard to say because eBay rules keep changing, especially in the financial area.
I’d suggest first creating a new account and trying to link the same bank, the same account. That’s how I have it: two eBay accounts and the same bank account, but I set it up 2 years ago. If nothing has changed, you should be able to do the same
