Will eBay take money from my bank account when canceling the buyer's order?

hi, I’m a new eBay user and for personal reasons I want to cancel the buyer’s order. I’ll add that I have 100 euros on eBay, but the item was bought from me for $130. Will those $30 be taken from my bank account?

Yes. When entering into an agreement with Ebay, you had to agree to that.
