No ads on the account

Hello! For quite some time now (3 years) I have had an account on Ebay.de, where the seller rating has dropped below average. Because of this, after 2 years of inactivity I can't start using ads. We have a few views but 0 conversions and at the moment it doesn't look good. And now the question is whether it wouldn't be better to create a new account and try to transfer the information from this account to the new one (if possible)? Or maybe you have some other suggestions. I'm counting on your help 🙏

I don’t have it on eBay.pl, but I do on eBay.com.
Maybe it depends on the site, or maybe on the category too.

·2 years agoAt every auction you have ad options that you pay for with a percentage of the sale. Or maybe you don't have that option?
You can create a new account, even several, but data can't be transferred.
It used to be possible, but they got rid of that option. Unless something has changed....
