No buyers’ phone numbers

After selling an item, I only have the buyer's address and not the phone number, which is necessary for courier shipping. Where can I find the buyer's phone number, because at the moment I have to write to the buyer every time to ask for their phone number, which is very inconvenient and as a result the shipment is delayed.

·2 years agoUnfortunately, because of eBay’s greed and stupidity, international sales to other countries are very difficult or in many cases downright impossible. eBay is losing professional sellers who used to sell fairly niche equipment (automation, technological equipment, laboratory equipment, etc.) and is becoming a platform for cheap gadgets, T-shirts, shoes, DIY gear, and home electronics. B2B sellers are moving to other platforms because right now eBay blocks the basic data needed to issue an export invoice, such as: phone, email, company name, VAT number, etc. Customs documents for sales outside the EU cannot be issued without this data. The same goes for shipping. The courier won’t deliver the package without a phone number. The customer’s email is also needed if the buyer has to pay any customs duty. I’m not even mentioning VAT number verification in the VIES system. It looks like soon you’ll only be able to sell locally within a given country, and ship only by post (then you don’t need a phone number). eBay is slowly ceasing to be an international sales platform...
