Auctions without the option to set a minimum price.

What is the way to protect yourself in the case of an auction without a set minimum price. In the case of electronic equipment, there is no such option.
1. In the case of the highest bid, do you have to sell?
2. Should you include a note in the listing that it will not be sold if the appropriate amount is not reached.
