Terminal integration
I'm opening a store and planning to have a terminal integrated with the cash register right away. I've heard that this speeds up customer service, but I don't know how it works technically or whether every terminal can be connected to every cash register.

DPD courier (for sellers)
I sent the parcel through the eBay shipping manager. I chose DPD, the book a courier option. After spending the whole day waiting for the courier (I selected the date, entered the address, everything), I called the DPD helpline and found out that the courier had never actually been ordered and that I should try to send the parcel myself. Has anyone had something similar?

Problem with saving international shipping (Europe/EU) – DHL settings reset in the offer
I have a problem while listing an offer and setting up international shipping. In the “International shipping” section, I add the DHL service with a cost of 50 zł (paid by the buyer). Then I try to choose “Destination” and set Europe / the European Union as the shipping region. After clicking the “European Union” option, the system briefly loads the setting, but then the selection gets deselected and the field remains empty. I can’t save the international shipping settings – it looks like the system is rejecting the region selection. I tried removing and adding the DHL service again, changing the cost settings, and refreshing the page, but the problem still occurs. I can’t correctly restrict shipping to Europe or save the international shipping settings in the offer.

Adding a manufacturer to the auction
Do you have to input all the manufacturer's data in each listing on eBay every time? It's driving me crazy, isn't there a dropdown list where we create our database of manufacturers and then when adding a listing just select from a menu and the data fills in automatically? Is it so simple that I just can't find it?

Selling on ebay.com and auction visibility in the EU
Good morning, Recently, I decided to resume sales in the European Union after about 2 years of break. Until now, I have only sold outside the Union. I have a store on ebay.com. When I access my store from the ebay.com address, all auctions are visible, but after changing the URL to any of the EU ones, e.g. ebay.pl, ebay.de, etc., suddenly there is a lack of assortment. I have added a VAT number and set up OSS, entered all the required company data, and nothing. In other services, e.g. Australian or British, auctions are normally visible. I have shipping set to worldwide. Ebay doesn't want to help me, brushing me off with generalities or providing incorrect solutions. Can someone simply advise me on what to do to make the auctions visible in the Union? Best regards

Is a psychological opinion equivalent to a diagnosis? Probably not :'P and surely in special centers you PAY for a diagnosis ... I think it's 1500 PLN. Am I remembering the vibe correctly? And then fighting with ophthalmology assessors xD to get papers for disability?
